ING Bank (Australia) Limited, headquartered in Sydney, NSW, is the largest foreign bank in Australia with over 2 million active customers and 1,770 employees. It offers a broad array of competitive banking products and services including current accounts, personal and business savings accounts, retail and home loans, Visa Orange One credit cards, debit cards, superannuation, foreign currency exchange, internet banking, international money transfers, mobile banking app as well as car, travel, motorcycle, home and contents insurance. Launched in 1999, ING Direct Australia was the first online bank in the country. Today, it is the nation's seventh largest bank by total assets and the largest mortgage lender outside of the Big Four banks.
